Celebrating 10 years of Winslow Skincare
Here at Winslow, we are celebrating our 10-year anniversary! As part of the celebrations we wanted to look back over some of the most significant moments and what brought us to where we are today!
We feel so fortunate to have made it to this stage and we couldn’t have done it without the unwavering support from our clients and fantastic team – we have all of you to thank for this!
The early days – this is when Maria and Elle got started back in 2013! Maria did extensive training to retrain from hairdressing into skincare and Elle followed straight from school into two years of training for her NVQ 2&3. We went on a lot of training courses for the first two years! We started at the Perrymount Clinic in Haywards Heath, Winslow Skincare wouldn’t be here today without the support from Christian and the whole team at the Perrymount Clinic!
Borde Hill Clinic – 30th May 2017 we moved to our clinic in Borde Hill Gardens! We spent 6 very happy years here, we grew our team to six and offered a wider range of treatments including massage, reflexology and many more advanced skincare treatments including Micro-Needling, Radio Frequency and chemical peels.
Lockdown – 23rd March 2020, we had to close our doors for treatments. It was one of the most difficult times for our business, but we were overwhelmed with the support from clients who continued to order their skincare products, book online consultations and support us in so many other ways! Elle and Maria also got into video blogs during this time and set up their YouTube channel! Filming weekly videos to educate clients at home how to look after their skin.
The Broadway Clinic – 5th September 2022, we opened our doors for our new clinic on the Broadway in Haywards Heath! The new clinic has a much wider range of treatments including massage, nails, acupuncture, sports massage, makeup, aesthetics and waxing. The move has been a huge success but again we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from our clients who were as excited as we were when we announced that we were moving!
Our Team – and finally, we couldn’t have done any of the above without the amazing team that we have here at Winslow. We wanted to take this opportunity to say to each one of them a HUGE thank you for making Winslow Skincare what it is today!
