- Double cleanse your face twice if you wear make-up, once to remove make up and secondly to clean your skin. Cleanse your face morning and night.
- Exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells on the skin’s surface, gain a brighter complexion and allow products to penetrate more deeply into your skin. Twice weekly recommended.
- Use a moisturiser, make up and primer with SPF broad spectrum protection 30+ against UV rays and future age spots. Build up your UV protective shield.

- Think about regular professional treatments throughout the year to assess how your skin is changing and try and analyse your skin at home looking out for those tell tale signs of dehydration, dryness, increased pigmentation and fine lines and wrinkles.
- Ensure your diet is rich in oily fish, fruit, vegetables and lots of vitamin C which will all help combat the signs of ageing. Exercise three times a week.
