Maria is the founder of Winslow Skincare and offers advanced anti-ageing treatments including CACI Non-Surgical Face Lift, Radio Frequency and Environ Facials. She started Winslow Skincare over 10 years ago with Elle and is passionate about skincare and achieving the best possible results for her clients. She is also loves everything Italian and speaks it fluently!
Meet Elle
Elle started Winslow Skincare with her mother, Maria, nearly 10 years ago and has always loved everything about skincare! She is particularly passionate about adult and teenage acne and loves performing chemical peels, microdermabrasion and deep cleansing facials. She loves combining different custom treatments in order to create a whole new one as well! In her spare time, she loves learning Italian and loves anything with interiors!
Meet Be
Be is our massage and nail technician, she works at Winslow on Tuesdays and Thursdays and offers a wide range of treatments including luxurious massage, gel nails with BIAB, Reflexology, Dermaplaning and much more! Be is a deeply holistic therapist and ensures that every client leaves with a smile on their face! She is also the resident creative in the clinic and is responsible for all our beautiful seasonal displays. In her spare time she loves cold water swimming.
Meet Clementine
Say hello to Clementine from Bare Waxing and Nails. Clementine has over 20 years of experience within the beauty industry, but waxing has always been her all-time favourite treatment to perform! Clementine works with Lycon wax, the leader in the industry. She also offers natural manicures with Jessica, another market-leading brand. She is half Italian and when she isn’t at work she is often running after the family!
Meet Jenny
For those that fancy advanced aesthetics or medical grade skincare, we are lucky to have Jenny on our team from Face to Face Aesthetics who has a masters in aesthetics and offers a range of dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injectables, Profhilo biostimulators and much more. Jenny is an advanced nurse practitioner and has over 20 years’ experience as a nurse in the NHS and 8 years’ experience in aesthetics. Jenny is from Ireland and so loves a good chat!
Meet Claire
Another therapy that we offer at Winslow is Acupuncture with Claire from Acupuncture Origins. Classical Chinese Acupuncture is a calm yet powerful form of medicine, based on teachings that are over 3000 years old. It is successfully used to restore the flow of energy to improve physical and mental health conditions such as: pain, anxiety, low mood, fatigue, fertility, digestion, insomnia and much more. Claire can often be found in reception giving the team top tips on how to stay well naturally!
Meet Lee
If you are need some injury recovery, Lee Parnell offers sports massage which is commonly just associated with sports athletes but actually the majority suffer from everyday aches and pains! Whether you are suffering from a long-standing injury, or a recent one, Lee has the knowledge and expertise to make a significant difference to your pain levels in just one treatment! He has extensive knowledge of the anatomy of the body and always gives great advice and aftercare after your treatment. As the only man in the team, we all think he’s the most patient to but up with all of us!
Meet Lousie
Louise has been our receptionist at Winslow Skincare for over 5 years now and ensures that we are all super organised! She runs a tight ship on the desk and nothing gets past her! She is the friendly voice that you will hear at the end of the phone if you call us up to move or change an appointment and loves all the skincare products, particularly anything from Dermalogica. In her downtime, she loves spending time with her horse and dogs!
Meet Sandra
Sandra works on our reception and always greets everyone with a smile when they walk in! She is also our social media queen and spends her time making sure all our Instagram and Facebook is looking fabulous! She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and always has a friendly word to say to everyone!
Meet Lyla
Lyla is our Saturday receptionist, she is also Be (our massage & beauty therapist) daughter! We like a family connection here at Winslow! Lyla is great at keeping the reception super tidy and organised and is also great on social media and creating Instagram highlights and reels. She greets everyone on a Saturday with a smile!

Founded over 10 years ago in 2012, Winslow started offering results-driven anti-ageing non-surgical treatments with mother and daughter team, Maria and Elle. The clinic is run by mother and daughter team, Maria and Elle, who have between them over 25 years of skincare knowledge! The clinic has grown to offer a wide range of treatments outside of skincare including aesthetics, medical-grade skincare, massage, acupuncture, sports massage, reflexology, waxing & nails and so much more! The team of seven therapists at Winslow all strive to offer the most up-to-date, advanced and educational treatments in Haywards Heath, Sussex and beyond!
At Winslow, many of our clients have been with us for many years and after COVID-19 Maria and Elle decided to diversify and offer a full range of holistic therapies to provide their clients with a one-stop shop for all their skincare, beauty and holistic needs.
After searching high and low, they finally located a great spot in the heart of Haywards Heath and in true family spirit, the whole family pulled together to do the shop fit, and Winslow Skincare on the Broadway Haywards Heath was born!
