Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation of the top layer of the skin, using a sterile surgical scalpel to remove dead cells and facial hair (peach fuzz), resurfacing the entire face and leaving the skin soft and glowing.
This painless treatment involves gently scraping the surface of your skin exfoliating and removing dead skin in addition to hair. Dead skin along with dirt and oil can clog pores, resulting in breakouts which leads us to the second benefit… hairless skin is some of the cleanest skin.
