When you arrive…
So when you pay a visit to Winslow Skincare you will be invited to visit our tranquil reception area before entering the treatment room, where you will be offered a hot or cold drink of choice, reading material if you are early for your appointment and our friendly reception team are always on hand for a chat! You are also invited to de-stress and relax if you wish after your treatment as well.
Mobile phones…
Please ask the reception team or your skin consultant if you need access to WiFi, and they will provide you with the password. We are happy if clients wish to use their mobile devices in the reception and the treatment room, as we appreciate that life and work can be 24/7, however, we kindly request that telephone conversations take place in the reception area and not in the treatment room.
Children…
Well-behaved children are welcome in our clinic, however, we would highlight to parents and carers that there are items in our treatment room and reception area that are hazardous to young or inquisitive children. We would suggest if you do need to bring a child with you that you bring something to entertain them with if that’s not possible our team is on hand with pens and paper and creative minds can practice their artistic skills!
Please note that our reception area and treatment room do have steps to access them so larger buggies or prams can be trickier to bring inside. We suggest mentioning at the time of booking if you need to bring little ones with you so we can make sure we have team members on hand to help out if needed.
Parking…
You can park outside the clinic, along the Broadway for one hour, free of charge or you can park along Perrymount Road for free for two hours. Alternatively, you can park at Waitrose, just a 6 min walk for free for 2.5 hours.
Pets…
Whilst we appreciate some clients cannot be parted from their pets, at our clinic, unfortunately, we must maintain a level of hygiene and also be respectful to clients and staff who may have allergies to animals. We kindly ask that clients do not bring their pets into our clinic unless they are registered assistance dogs.
